Shipping/Returns
Sorry, but due to the nature of the product, there are no returns.
We use usps, priority mail to ship orders.
Orders of $65.00 or more will have free shipping (9-11 bars, depending on price).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three business days to get your order into the mail, though we do try to get it out the next day.
If your package becomes missing or damaged in transit, and if the tracking number shows that your order was delivered, you will need to file a claim with the shipper instead of with us. If your order arrives damaged you will need photos of the damage to file a claim with the them. We have no control of your package after it leaves our facility. It is the responsibility of the shipping company to resolve these issues, and it is not financially feasible for us to replace an order because it was lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
